Embark on your entrepreneurial journey with 4N1/4, the brainchild of small business expert Ceata E. Lash, Founder, Inventor & CEO of PuffCuff, and her husband, Garrett D. Lash, Founder & CEO of Myden-Smalls e-Commerce Boutique fulfillment Services.

Our group mentorship platform is your gateway to invaluable insights, tailored for women and people of color. For a small fee, ask your pressing questions, learn from shared wisdom, and light up your path to success. Join us at 4N1/4, where your queries fuel your journey.

A dynamic group discussion with up to four mentees, where each presents a pivotal business question. Gain tailored advice and benefit from the shared wisdom addressed to others in the group.

30 minutes to 1 hour

Want more time? Extend group sessions with fewer attendees from 30 minutes to a full hour. This structure ensures our mentorship meets your unique needs and financial abilities.


Ceata Lash

CEO, inventor, and founder of PuffCuff

Ceata stands as the only African American woman with four U.S. patents in the natural hair sector. Her 25-year experience as a graphic designer has deeply influenced PuffCuff since 2013.

Her journey towards self-acceptance motivates her to advocate for those with thick or curly hair.

Among her accolades are the 2018 President's Innovation Award, Babson College BWEL Alumni status, and entrepreneurial certifications from Cornell. In 2020, she was honored with the New Voices + Barefoot Wine Grant.

By 2021, she graduated from the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Businesses and became a growth mentor in their Black in Business Program, also joining Amazon's Black Business Accelerator Cohort. Inc. Magazine recently lauded her as a top female founder.

Garrett Lash

CEO and owner of Myden-Smalls EComm Fulfillment Solutions

Garrett has positioned his boutique 3PL to champion the needs of micro-enterprises and small businesses.

His company is committed to giving fledgling brands the detailed attention they deserve, allowing them to concentrate on scaling their operations.

By deliberately catering to a select number of clients at any given moment, Myden-Smalls ensures that small businesses receive a caliber of service usually reserved for industry giants. Alongside this pivotal role, Garrett also serves as a dynamic advisor to PuffCuff LLC. With

25 years of senior leadership in the global technology arena, he has imparted invaluable organizational, financial, and operational insights to PuffCuff. Under his guidance, both in direct management and advisory capacities, PuffCuff has garnered industry acclaim.

Garrett's entrepreneurial spirit and steadfast leadership continue to uplift the small-business community and reinforce his reputation as an industry stalwart.


Payment Policy:

All payments made to 4N1/4 for mentoring sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once your booking is confirmed, no refunds will be processed. |



If you need to reschedule your session, you may do so up to 24 hours ahead of the scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made after this window will not be accommodated.
In the event of a cancellation from our end, you will be informed in advance with options for rescheduling.
Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
By processing your payment and booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
