ONE Musicfest took Atlanta by storm on September 12 and brought together musicians, artists, culture and food in a way many festivals don’t.
We’ve watched this festival grow from a small gathering of indie artists at King Plow Arts Center in 2010 to a large concert that features timeless R&B legends to the newest hip-hop acts to rap icons and many more. What we love about the festival is the promotion of unity, along with an audience of undeniable character and style.
We were so excited to bring PuffCuff to the festival! We were showcased with several other local businesses in the Merch Village section of the festival. We offered demonstrations on how the PuffCuff works with curly-haired individuals to hold their hair back easily and effortlessly, without the pulling and snagging so many of us have become accustomed to with traditional ponytail holders and elastic bands.
Our team had an amazing time meeting new people and demonstrating new styles for by-passers from Atlanta and beyond. Because we aren’t available in any big-box retail stores, our presence at local festivals and events provided a great opportunity for our fans to see how PuffCuff works for a variety of curly hair styles, including thick waves, tight ringlets, unmanageable twists, and stylish dreadlocks. We offered demos for men and women, as curly hair knows no gender boundaries, and found that every person who tried the PuffCuff absolutely loved it!
We’re looking forward to next year’s event and helping more men and women with natural, textured hair find the perfect hair accessory! Did you attend ONE Musicfest? What did you love about it?
