PuffCuff Raises Over $170,000 via Republic Crowdfunding Investment Campaign
Honestly, we didn't know what to expect when we started our crowdfunding campaign with Republic. But we knew that we could rely on the support of you, the community. Whether you are a customer, a longtime supporter who shares their love for our product, or an investor who believes in our vision, each and every one of you play a crucial role that contributes to our success. We raised $170,989 through our campaign with Republic.co. As this first Black woman-owned personal care company to raise funds on their platform, we can't thank you and our investors enough for our support and love.
Over and over again, we have seen traditional investors fail Black and women-owned businesses repeatedly because they fail to see our work or our community's value. Loyal to our brand and Ceata's innovative spark, we knew we had to do something different. We knew our fans and the average person are more in touch with the curly hair community's needs, often dismissed as too niche.
