Our affiliates are everyday content creators who enjoy sharing curly hair tips or styling tutorials on their blog, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms. They represent the PuffCuff lifestyle, have a love for natural hair care, and rock the latest in naturally kinky or curly styles while sharing their experiences.
How does the Affiliate Program work?
Simple! You make money by referring customers to the PuffCuff website by sharing your custom discount promo codes along with your shareable, custom URL link on your website, email or social media channels.
Requirements As A PuffCuff Affiliate
You must have a minimum of 1,000 followers on any of the following social media channels to be considered for the PuffCuff Affiliate Program: Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube.
Next, we ask that you adhere to the following to spread knowledge of the brand to your followers and secure your spot as a successful affiliate:
- Share detailed reviews of your PuffCuff experience by creating and posting videos, pictures, and/or written content about PuffCuff accessories
- Post photos to Instagram, Facebook and YouTube highlighting the different styles you create with the PuffCuff hair accessories.
- Tag #DitchtheBand and @thePuffCuff in all of your posts
- Use your unique discount code to drive sales from your site and encourage followers to click on your unique link for more information on the featured PuffCuff product
- Most importantly, you must own a PuffCuff prior to applying to be an affiliate!
How do I become an affiliate?
The Affiliate Program is managed by PuffCuff LLC. You will need to complete an Affiliate Program Application (CLICK HERE) for the PuffCuff Affiliate Program Manager to review and approve.
The program is free to join.
Is my blog or website eligible for the Affiliate Program?
Most blogs and websites qualify to participate in the Affiliate Program, but we reserve the right to refuse membership or revoke your membership at any time if we determine that your website contains objectionable material, such as defamatory content, pornography or other content of an adult nature.
I don’t have a blog or a website, can I still participate in the Affiliate Program?
Yes. You can still share your custom promo code via email and relevant social media platforms.
Where can I find my affiliate link?
Once your application has been approved we will provide you with a custom promo code and a shareable affiliate link.
How do I track my earnings?
We will send you a monthly report of your earnings via email.
Is there a minimum payout amount?
When will I receive my affiliate commissions?
Affiliate payments are processed and sent directly to your PayPal or Venmo account between the 1st and 10th day of each month once earnings reach a minimum of $100 USD. While we usually process all payments on the 1st day of the month, we don't guarantee payments will be posted on the 1st. We hold payments for a full 30 days to allow for processing, chargebacks, etc.
What if my affiliate payment is blocked, rejected or unclaimed?
On occasion affiliate payments are blocked or rejected by PayPal or are listed as unclaimed. Usually, this is because PayPal does not do business in your country or the email address associated with the affiliate account is incorrect. As an affiliate, it is your responsibility to make sure your email address on file with PuffCuff is valid and is able to receive payments from PayPal. We will not resend any payments because your payout email address was incorrect and we will not resend any payments after 30 days from the original payment processing date. Any and all payments unclaimed within 30 days are forfeited.
Can I earn commissions on my own purchases?
NO. You will not receive any credit when making a purchase through your own affiliate code or link.
What are the rules/terms of the Affiliate Program?
The Affiliate Program rules and terms are defined on our Affiliate Agreement Terms and Conditions page. You must read and agree to the Affiliate Agreement Terms and Conditions by checking the box at the end of Affiliate Program Application before being allowed to participate in the PuffCuff Affiliate Program.
